New Patient Appointment: $60 (detailed intake & treatment - approx 75 minutes)
New Patients should arrive 20 minutes before thier scheduled
appointment

Continuing Patient Appointment: $60 (follow-up & treatment - approx 55 minutes)
Continuing Patients should arrive 5 minutes before their scheduled appointment time to check in.
Karmic Pricing: If you need a reduced fee, please ask and we will do what works for you.

We do not currently bill any insurance companies directly at this time. Upon request, patients will be provided with a coded superbill which can be submitted to their insurance, flexible spending account, health savings account, or other health expense account for reimbursement.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
For cancellations, please notify the office at least 1 day in advance.

Last minute cancellations constitute a No Show and will be charged.
Excessive No Shows may result in the patient being dropped.
Refunds on pre-paid services will be granted on a pro-rated basis less 10%.
No refunds of pre-paid services will be granted for No Shows.
